Ukraine gets additional quotas for automobile transportation from Uzbekistan

Ukraine received additional permission quotas for transportation of cargo from Uzbekistan, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine said.

Market share of Uzbekistan in automobile market of Kazakhstan on number of imported cars made up 9.3% in January 2013 against 4.87% in January 2012, a report of the Kazakhstan Automobile Business Association said.

Khorezm region of Uzbekistan to launch production of Damas cars in 2014.

President of Uzbekistan signed a resolution “On measures on organization of production of automobiles of Damas model in Khorezm region” on 21 February 2013. According to the resolution, production of Damas automobiles will be based at Khorezm Automobile Production Union LLC.
