The XVI International Transport Week, Exhibition “Inter-Transport” (31st May – 2nd June 2017, Odessa city, the Ukraine)
The organizing committee is preparing the 16th International Transport Week and Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT” which will take place in Odessa city (the Ukraine) from the 31st of May till the 2nd of June 2017.
The Event is included into the plans of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation (BSEC). In 2017 BSEC is celebrating the 25th anniversary and a lot of events are planned to be held in the BSEC countries.
European Union, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine supports and takes an active part in the Event. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Odessa Region State Administration are coordinating the Forum. Traditionally the programme and exposition are being formed under the support and with the active participation of professional associations, such as UKRVNESHTRANS, Association of the Black and Asov Sea Ports (BASPA), Ukrainian Ports Association UKRPORT and other professional unions.
During the Odessa International Transport Week owing to the EU and BSEC representatives’, Balkan Congress members’, Ukrainian governmental bodies’ and key logistics market operators’ meetings and active negotiations the conditions to improve business and investment climate, to form stable partnership “authority-business”, to develop transport infrastructure are being created.
At the international exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT” on the best practices and new technologies in the field of transport and multimodal transportations, port infrastructure, logistics, engineering construction and cargo handling equipment the leading ports of the Black Sea region, the railroads, shipping companies, manufacturers of equipment, leaders in the field of construction, design, research and educational institutions will traditionally demonstrate their activities. Taking into consideration rapid development of grain transportation as one of the main types of cargo the eighth exposition on grain market transport and logistic infrastructure "Agro-LOGISTICS" will be in the focus of the attention.
In 2016 more than 100 companies from 15 countries (Ukraine. Austria, Belgium, China, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Uzbekistan, France, Estonia and Japan) took part in the Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT”.
There were registered more than 1,000 visitors – specialists from 20 countries (Austria, Azerbaidgan, Belarus, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, China, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldavia, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Estonia).
During the International Transport Week with the Partners’ active participation there will take place a number of specialized events (programme is attached).
We would like to invite you to consider the possibility of participation in the International Transport Week, Exhibition “Inter-TRANSPORT” in 2017 on the 31st of May – 2nd of June. We believe that the Event is the important instrument to solve the transport policy practical tasks and to develop transport infrastructure.
